These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any rental booked with Mount Rental Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), located at 2000 Mount Drive, Sulphur, LA 70663.
Rental Agreement
All travel trailer and RV spot rentals are subject to a separate written rental agreement, signed in person when you arrive. These Terms of Service provide a general overview and do not replace that agreement.
Booking & Payment
Security deposit amounts are discussed by phone when you book. Bookings are confirmed once availability is verified, and the rental agreement and deposit are finalized in person when you arrive. Rates listed on this site are subject to change and are confirmed at the time of booking.
Cancellations
Cancellation terms vary by rental type and length of stay. Specific cancellation and refund terms will be provided at the time of booking and outlined in your signed rental agreement.
Renter Responsibilities
- Renters must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID and a refundable security deposit.
- Guests bringing their own RV to park at one of our RV spots are responsible for holding a valid driver's license, registration, and insurance for that vehicle.
- Units and spots must be returned in the condition they were received, ordinary wear and tear excepted.
- Renters are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear occurring during the rental period.
Pets & Smoking
No pets or smoking are allowed inside our rental units. Guests bringing their own camper to an RV spot may keep pets inside their unit, but pets may not be left outside of the unit unattended. Pets must be leashed at all times and pet waste must be picked up promptly.
Liability
Mount Rental Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of a rented travel trailer or RV spot, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict of law principles.
